History: Resident roboticist; built daggit droid Muffit II; he also attempted to reconstruct the two Cylon pilots (captured along with Baltar) he took apart. He didn't succeed...in a way. Had his uses, but he was intensely disliked by the Warriors, especially by Apollo, and was a Council lackey.
