In order to make the submittal of information easier, we have placed several forms online for players to use. The FC and leader apps are to be used only if you wish to play an open position. Once the app is received, if no additional information is needed an admin will be in touch with you to schedule an interview. Background and TP forms are included here for your use to make getting information to the admins or RPDs. Remember the TP is still yours to run and oversee with the admin and RPD being available to assist you once approved. |
