The Inter-Fleet Broadcasting (IFB) system was used to keep the people of the fleet informed of events as well as to provide information and programming to make life seem as normal as possible. IFB broadcasts were sent over scanners to all ships and reached a good majority of the ships. The range of programming ran from 'Warrior of the Secton' to reports on the status of th fleet.
